The conference will be held at the Delta Hotels Toronto Airport & Conference Centre in Toronto Ontario. Address: 655 Dixon Road, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M9W 1J3 A free shuttle to the hotel is provided to/from the airport. All conference activities (conference, meals, accommodation) will take place at this location. |
Accommodation
Book a Hotel Room (non-students)
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Delta Toronto Airport Hotel for Faculty, Sponsor Representatives and other guests. The cost per room is $149.00 plus taxes. Parking is $10 per night. Hotel rooms must be booked by September 30th to guarantee the conference rate.

Student Accommodation
Students who requested accommodation will be provided shared accommodation at the hotel. Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.
Roommate requests will be honoured to the best of our ability. It is highly likely that you will room together, but not guaranteed. Please be sure that if you request a particular roommate that you ask that person to also request you. You may request to have up to 4 in a room. There will be 2 Queen size beds.
Those who do not request a particular roommate will be paired with another attendee. There will be two Queen size beds so you will not have to share a bed.
Registration
You will register for the conference by the International Ballroom which is located on the main floor of the hotel. Given that many buses will be arriving, potentially around the same time, registration can get very crowded. Please be patient. We will do our best to get everyone checked in as quickly as possible. If there is a huge mob, consider taking a short walk and returning. There's no rush -- everyone will get dinner and a room!
Checking Out
On Saturday morning take all of your belongings with you when you leave the hotel room. Leave your keys in your rooms. You do not have to stop at the front desk to "check out".
Parking
There is ample parking at the Delta Hotel. For hotel guests, parking will be $10 for overnight (including all day Saturday). For those arriving on Saturday, parking will be $10. Take a ticket when you drive into the lot & exchange it at the registration booth for a $10 ticket.
Flying to Toronto??
Complimentary hotel shuttle runs every half hour from Pearson International Airport on a 22 hour basis. Currently no shuttle service between 2am – 4am.
From the airport to the hotel it is quarter past & quarter to the hour.
From the hotel to the airport it is on the hour and half past.

Terminal 1 – Ground Transportation – Between Post S5 – S3

Covid Protocol
We will be following public health covid-19 guidelines at CAN-CWIC. Although not required, masks are strongly recommended and welcomed. We will have masks available at the registration desk.
